The V-Class for family transfers and business travel
The V-Class suits a family traveling together or a team meeting clients at a station before continuing to an appointment. If you would like seats that face each other so you can talk on the way, mention this when you request a quote. We can then check the seating layout.
The Vito for eight passengers
Four adults traveling with four children, for example, will use all eight passenger seats in the Vito. If you are bringing a pushchair and several large suitcases, tell us how many you have and how big they are. We will check that everything fits before confirming your booking.
Luggage and equipment
Count checked suitcases, cabin bags and bulky items separately. If you need a child seat, tell us the child’s age. If USB charging ports, Wi-Fi or a particular seating arrangement are important to you, ask us to confirm these for the van assigned to your trip.
Airport transfers, meetings and excursions from Paris
For a pickup at Charles de Gaulle, Orly or Beauvais, give us your flight number and drop-off address. For a pickup at Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon or Gare Montparnasse, send your train number and a phone number we can reach you on.

The Vito has nine seats in total, including the driver’s seat. If there are nine passengers, tell us when you enquire so we can look at options such as several vehicles or a suitably sized minibus.
