2. Which vehicles are available?

Choose Classic Class, Business Class or a Van for up to 7 passengers, depending on the vehicle. An option for 8 passengers is available on request and by quote. Specify the number and size of your bags.

3. How do I book a private chauffeur?

Enter your pickup address, destination, date, time, passenger count and luggage details in the booking form. For arrivals, include your train or flight number. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Which destinations do you serve?

We serve Paris, Île-de-France, airports and train stations. Local trips in the Fontainebleau area, sightseeing itineraries and long-distance journeys can also be arranged.

5. Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is made online only, by bank card or a secure payment link.

6. Is my payment secure?

Payment is processed through a secure interface. Follow your bank’s instructions to authorize the transaction. Do not send bank card details by email.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel your booking, contact us by email, phone or through our contact form. Under Article 9 of our terms and conditions, you may request a credit or a full refund if you notify us at least 96 hours before pickup. If cancellation is requested less than 96 hours before pickup, no refund is provided. A refund request may nevertheless be reviewed case by case, with no guarantee of acceptance. For changes to your booking, contact our team.

14. What if I am late for pickup?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will check the available options. Waiting time and possible charges depend on your booking conditions; an extension cannot be guaranteed.
