Looking for a taxi in Melun to catch a train, get to the airport or return to your hotel after an evening out? If a taxi is available at the rank, you can take it on the spot. If you already know when you want to travel, First Class Partner offers pre-booked private chauffeur services (VTC) in Melun and the surrounding towns.
Arriving at Melun station: take a taxi or meet your chauffeur
When you leave the train, head to the taxi rank to see whether a vehicle is available. You can also book a taxi in advance through a taxi operator.
To meet a First Class Partner chauffeur, book before you arrive. Give us your train number, scheduled arrival time, destination and a mobile number we can reach on the day. Your booking confirmation will specify the meeting point. If your train is delayed, contact your chauffeur to agree on the next steps.
For a pickup at home, provide the full address, including the building or entrance where needed. This is particularly useful for an early train from Melun or a connection at Paris Gare de Lyon.

From Melun to Orly, Charles de Gaulle or Beauvais Airport
For an airport drop-off, give us your flight number, terminal if known, passenger numbers and luggage details. This helps us select a suitable vehicle and agree on a pickup time that takes account of traffic and when you need to be at the airport.
For a return transfer to Melun, specify your arrival airport and drop-off address. We can also look into a pickup at Melun-Villaroche Airfield. Please specify the terminal or entrance given by your flight operator.
Getting around Melun and the surrounding towns
An appointment at the prefecture, a transfer from Dammarie-lès-Lys to Orly Airport and a late pickup in Vaux-le-Pénil each need different arrangements. For an administrative appointment, use the address on your appointment letter and tell us when you need to arrive. For a return trip, let us know whether you have a set pickup time or would like to arrange waiting time.
You can also arrange pickups in Le Mée-sur-Seine, La Rochette, Rubelles, Maincy, Boissettes and Seine-Port. For an early start or a late return, agree on the time and meeting point when you book.

Day trips, weddings and business travel
From Melun, a chauffeur can take you to the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, Fontainebleau or Disneyland Paris. For an evening at Vaux-le-Vicomte, book the return leg at the same time as the outward trip. Give us the expected finishing time and agree where to meet the vehicle.
For a wedding, seminar or a day with several appointments, a point-to-point transfer works well when the addresses and times are fixed. With an hourly chauffeur booking, you have the vehicle and driver for an agreed period, including any planned stops or waiting time. List the stops and the hours you need when requesting a quote.

What to check before booking
The fare. When comparing quotes, check how each one handles waiting time, extra stops and the return journey. First Class Partner gives you the price for the agreed service before you confirm.
Seats and luggage. Tell us how many people are traveling, how many bags you have and whether you are bringing a pushchair. For groups, the Mercedes V-Class seats up to seven passengers. For eight passengers, a Mercedes Vito is available on request, subject to availability. Both capacities exclude the driver.
Specific requirements. If you need a child seat, have an oversized bag or would like assistance, mention it when booking so we can confirm suitable arrangements before departure.

For a quote, please give us the date, pickup time, pickup and drop-off addresses, number of passengers and luggage details.
