Disneyland Paris Stay: Hotels, Park Planning and Private Transfers

Plan your Disneyland Paris stay

Disneyland Paris, in Marne-la-Vallée east of the capital, combines theme parks, shows, themed hotels, restaurants and shopping. Families, couples and Disney fans can build a stay around the experiences that matter most to them, with transport planned before arrival.

RER A, high-speed trains, airport coaches and private vehicles offer different ways to reach the resort. Compare the complete journey, including luggage, hotel access, children’s needs and the return after a late show. A reserved chauffeur can connect the resort with Paris, Orly, Charles de Gaulle Airport or another destination.

History and identity

The resort opened in 1992 and has developed into a major European visitor destination. Today it includes Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World, formerly Walt Disney Studios Park, alongside Disney Village and themed hotels.

The experience extends beyond rides: architecture, character encounters, seasonal decorations and entertainment help shape the stay. Halloween, Christmas, anniversary celebrations and other themed programs depend on the current calendar. Consult the official app and schedule rather than assuming a previous season’s event is still running.

Experiences to include

  • Disneyland Park: Sleeping Beauty Castle and attractions such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain and “it’s a small world.”
  • Disney Adventure World: Disney, Pixar and Marvel worlds and attractions. Star Wars attractions are in Discoveryland at Disneyland Park.
  • Seasonal entertainment: shows and decorations that vary by date, with operating changes possible.
  • Disney Village: dining, shopping and entertainment outside the park gates.
  • Themed hotels: options including Disneyland Hotel, Disney Newport Bay Club and Disney Sequoia Lodge, with facilities and benefits depending on the selected booking.

Check ride height restrictions, accessibility information, ticket validity and any required reservations. Hotel, transport and park products should be compared separately unless they are explicitly included in one package.

Practical services

  • Themed restaurants, cafés, quick-service food and souvenir shops.
  • Rest areas and scheduled entertainment.
  • Wi-Fi in designated resort and hotel areas.
  • Luggage storage or hotel baggage services, subject to hours, fees and conditions.
  • Family facilities, stroller-related services and baby-care arrangements.
  • Accessibility services governed by Disney’s eligibility rules and attraction-specific conditions.

Getting to Disneyland Paris

RER A runs from central Paris to Marne-la-Vallée Chessy, close to the park entrances. High-speed services connect the station with French cities and selected international destinations. London journeys require a connection in Lille or Paris; there is no direct London–Chessy Eurostar train.

Airport coaches and hotel shuttles operate on their own timetables and serve specified stops. Check that your hotel is covered and that the timetable suits your flight. A private transfer offers an agreed pickup address and suitable vehicle, but the final drop-off must comply with local access rules.

Private transfers for a comfortable arrival

A chauffeur can meet you at an airport, station or hotel under the confirmed booking arrangements. Share your flight or train number, number of passengers, luggage and child-seat requirements. Agree on the meeting point, included waiting time and what happens if the arrival is delayed.

  • Vehicle comfort: choose enough space for the party and bags. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and other features should be confirmed in the quote.
  • Personal welcome: request name-board pickup and luggage assistance where available.
  • Family and business needs: specify seats, stroller space, language preferences and invoicing requirements.
  • Flexible format: request a single transfer, return journeys, a vehicle for an agreed period or a wider sightseeing itinerary.
  • Clear booking: reserve through the website or by phone. Confirmation follows acceptance of the quote and its conditions.

Payment methods, business invoices and any special options are agreed before travel. A private chauffeur reservation provides transport; it does not automatically include Disney admission or priority access.

For an excursion beyond the resort, consider Fontainebleau Palace or a tailored Paris city tour.
