The service is based on your actual requirements. A single transfer may be sufficient for a direct journey; dedicated service is suited to a schedule with multiple stops and waiting periods.
Define the Itinerary and Duration
Provide your starting address, pickup time, planned stops and final destination. The minimum duration and included hours depend on the confirmed offer. A day is not automatically an eight-hour package.
Identify fixed appointments and allow a margin between meetings. Route changes, overtime and additional mileage are subject to the quote’s conditions.
Choose an Appropriate Vehicle
A sedan suits individual travel or a small party. A van helps several colleagues travel together with luggage. Confirm the model, seating and available luggage space when booking.
If you require a Mercedes vehicle, an English-speaking chauffeur or particular amenities, request these before confirmation. Wi-Fi, chargers and refreshments depend on the service selected.
Welcome Arrangements and Coordination
For a train or flight arrival, provide travel references and welcome instructions. Monitoring helps organize the pickup, but a significant change requires contacting the reservation team.
A designated contact within your company can coordinate updates. Share only the contact details needed to arrange the transportation.
Review the Quote and Expenses
Check the duration, mileage, waiting time, tolls, parking and other anticipated expenses. Whether they are included depends on the offer; do not assume an item is covered unless specified.
