11. What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel your booking, contact us by email, phone or through our contact form. Under Article 9 of our terms and conditions, you may request a credit or a full refund if you notify us at least 96 hours before pickup. If cancellation is requested less than 96 hours before pickup, no refund is provided. A refund request may nevertheless be reviewed case by case, with no guarantee of acceptance. For changes to your booking, contact our team.

Contact us as soon as possible. We will check the available options. Waiting time and possible charges depend on your booking conditions; an extension cannot be guaranteed.
